More than 1,200 homes across a large rural First Nation had no reliable high-speed internet. The community needed a network of its own.
Towers are going up in phases. Lessons learned on the first three shop-built towers made every tower after them faster and more predictable.

strand fibre ring assessed
A community's 25-year-old, 72-strand fibre ring connected critical buildings, but nobody knew its condition or even its exact layout.
Most of the fibres we tested had failed. We couldn't schedule enough downtime to test every strand, but by then the answer was clear: the ring was at the end of its life. We gave leadership a rebuild roadmap with a budget range.
